The former superintendent of Carrollton-Farmers Branch has been convicted of DWI. Annette Griffin was arrested at a tollbooth on August 21st for having a BAC over 0.16. She was on her way to a school board meeting.
Griffin pleaded guilty to DWI and has been sentenced to 15 months of probation. She must also pay a fine of $750 along with court fees of $453. Griffin resigned in December and recieved a severance package.
